We can’t trick our brains
When our norms suddenly change
To be completely calm, sure and rational
When the constant media stream
Urges fight, flight and scream
Emergency lockdowns international
So we have to acknowledge the truth
Arm ourselves with info, not food
And collaborate together, but separately from our units
A balance of not complacent-but don’t panic
Allowing systems the chance to overcome it
Engage compassion, Logic will guide us through it?
